PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous concrete composition or the like, which can achieve high water permeability and high strength, and has improved compaction property.SOLUTION: A high-strength porous concrete composition contains at least a coarse aggregate, a fine aggregate, water, a water-reducing agent, and the following binder, where a water-binder ratio is 10 to 20%, a ratio of mortar coarse aggregate gap is 0.35 to 0.95, and a ratio of a paste fine aggregate gap is 1.0 or more. The binder is a mixture containing pozzolanic fine powder having a BET specific surface area of 15 to 25 m/g, fly ash having a Blaine specific surface area of 2,500 to 10,000 cm/g, anhydrous gypsum having a Blaine specific surface area of 3,000 to 12,000 cm/g, and Portland cement or common eco-cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
