EARLY-STRENGTH CONCRETE COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an early-strength concrete composition which: solves the problems in a conventional technique that enhancement of a compressive strength is not sufficient, cracking caused by shrinkage does not become small, and fluidity is poor even when an accelerator is used, in order to shorten a construction period in a concrete construction and enhance the quality; and improves a plurality of performances at the same time, including improvement of fluidity of concrete, enhancement of the compressive strength, and reduction of a rate of shrinkage.SOLUTION: A concrete composition is formed of cement, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, a cement dispersant, and water, and an early-strength concrete composition contains a specific amount of a new curing accelerator of an aqueous suspension which contains a specific surface active agent component and is obtained by dispersing calcium carbonate fine particles having an average particle diameter of 10 to 400 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリート工事における工期の短縮及び高品質化を図る目的として、従来技術では促進剤を使用しても、圧縮強度の増進が充分でなく、また収縮によるひび割れが小さくならない、更に一方では流動性がよくないという複数の課題を抱えている。コンクリートの流動性の向上、圧縮強度の増進及び収縮率の低減等、複数の性能を同時に改善する早強性コンクリート組成物を提供する。【解決手段】セメント、細骨材、粗骨材、セメント分散剤及び水から成るコンクリート組成物に、更に、特定の界面活性剤成分を含有させて平均粒子径が10〜400nmの炭酸カルシウム微粒子を分散させた水性サスペンジョンの新規な硬化促進剤を特定量含有させた早強性コンクリート組成物を用いた。【選択図】なし
