TERMITE PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING FOUNDATION PART AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent termite intrusion from a heat insulation material below a floor concrete so as to protect a building.SOLUTION: A termite prevention structure for a building foundation part comprises: a termite prevention heat insulation material 3 disposed in the central part of the upper part of a ground surface 1 situated under the floor of a building surrounded by an inside surface of a rising part 2a of a continuous footing 2 in a building foundation part; a barrier layer 4 for preventing termite intrusion that is in close contact with the inside surface of the rising part 2a of the continuous footing 2 and that is installed to be in close contact with a marginal part of the termite prevention heat insulation material 3; and a floor concrete 5 in close contact with the top face of the termite prevention heat insulation material 3 and situated above the barrier layer 4 for preventing termite intrusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土間コンクリート下の断熱材からのシロアリの侵入を防止して建物を保護すること。【解決手段】建物基礎部における布基礎2の立ち上がり部2aの内側面によって囲まれた建物の床下に位置する地盤面1上方の中央部に配置される防蟻性断熱材3と、前記布基礎2の立ち上がり部2aの内側面に密接し、且つ、防蟻性断熱材3の周縁部に密接するように配設されるシロアリ侵入防止用のバリア層4と、前記防蟻性断熱材3の上面に密接し、前記シロアリ侵入防止用のバリア層4の上方に位置する土間コンクリート5、を具備する建物基礎部の防蟻構造としたこと。【選択図】図1
