PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a malodor preventive drainage facility easy-to-install capable of suppressing decay and preventing generation of malodor by reducing remaining amount of waste water etc. at point when a pump stops drain operation.SOLUTION: The malodor preventive drainage facility includes: a sewage tank; a pump; and a controller unit that controls the operation of the pump. The sewage tank as a drain tank for temporarily storing drained water is placed in a pit, which is disposed at a position lower than a sewage pipe. The pump is disposed outside the sewage tank in the pit, and is connected to the water outlet of the sewage tank to discharge water from the sewage tank responding a control command from the controller unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ポンプの排水運転終了時の汚水等の残留量を少なくして腐敗を抑制する。また、設置が容易であり、悪臭の発生を防止できる悪臭防止型排水設備を提供する。【解決手段】悪臭防止型排水設備は、汚水槽と、ポンプと、ポンプの運転制御を行う制御装置と、を備える。汚水槽は、下水道管よりも低い位置に設置された排水槽であるピット内に収容され、排水された水を一時貯留する。ポンプは、ピット内の汚水槽外に設けられて汚水槽の流出口に接続され、制御装置からの制御指令に応じて汚水槽内の水を排出する。【選択図】図１
