INNER TANK SIDE PLATE BUILDING METHOD OF FLAT-BOTTOMED CYLINDRICAL TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner tank side plate building method of a flat-bottomed cylindrical tank efficiently buildable in a short construction period by properly using a mobile scaffold device and ana automatic welding device.SOLUTION: A method for building an inner tank side plate of a flat-bottomed cylindrical tank by joining a plurality of side plate members 8a in the circumferential direction and joining a plurality of steps in the vertical direction, comprises a vertical welding process of assembling the plurality of side plate members 8a equivalent to a one step by repeating work for groove-welding a vertical joint 20 for joining the side plate members 8a adjacent in the circumferential direction in oder from both inner-outer surfaces of a tank and a horizontal welding process of welding a horizontal joint 22 of the plurality of side plate members 8a equivalent to one step by repeating simultaneously groove-welding at least an initial layer of the horizontal joint 22 for joining the side plate member 8a and the side plate member 8a of its lower step from both inner-outer surfaces of the tank and groove-welding on and after a second layer simultaneously or successively from both inner-outer surfaces, and an inner tank side plate is built by repeating these processes over a plurality of steps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】移動足場装置や自動溶接装置を適宜利用して短い工期で能率的に建造可能な平底円筒型タンクの内槽側板建造方法を提供する。【解決手段】側板部材8aを周方向に複数枚接合し且つ上下方向に複数段接合して平底円筒タンクの内槽側板を建造する方法において、周方向に隣接する側板部材8aを接合する縦継手20をタンクの内外両面から順に開先溶接する作業を繰り返して1段分の複数の側板部材8aを組立てる縦溶接工程と、この縦溶接工程の後で、側板部材8aとその下段の側板部材8aを接合する水平継手22の少なくとも初層をタンク内外両面から同時に開先溶接すると共に2層目以降を内外両面から同時に又は順次に開先溶接するのを繰り返して1段分の複数の側板部材8aの水平継手22を溶接する水平溶接工程とを有し、これらの工程を複数段に亙って繰り返すことで内槽側板を建造する。【選択図】図2
