EXCHANGER OF SOUNDPROOF PLATE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchanger of a soundproof plate material capable of exchange work of the soundproof plate material, regardless of the existence of a space capable of raising-lowering the soundproof plate material on the outside of a roadway.SOLUTION: An exchanger 20 of a plurality of soundproof plate materials 12 stacked in the vertical direction, comprises a cylindrical base part 21 installed in a floor part of a roadway 1 and opened upward, a rotary column 22 inserted into the inside of the base part 21 and rotatable around the axis in a state of projecting upward more tan the base part, an arm part 26 projectingly provided on the side from an upper end part of the rotary column 22 and expandably forming a tip part, an auxiliary leg part 32 provided over a central part in the length direction of the arm part 26 from the floor part and constituted so as to be capable of traveling on the floor part and a winch 43 capable of delivering and winding a wire 44 for suspending the soundproof plate materials 12 along the arm part 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】線路外における防音板材の上げ下ろしが可能なスペースの有無に関わらず、防音板材の交換作業を可能とする防音板材の交換装置を提供することである。【解決手段】上下方向に積み重ねられた複数の防音板材１２の交換装置２０が、線路１の床部に設置され、上方に向かって開放された筒状のベース部２１と、ベース部２１の内部に挿入されるとともにベース部よりも上方に突出した状態で軸周りに回転可能な回転柱２２と、回転柱２２の上端部から側方に突出して設けられ、先端部が伸縮可能に形成されたアーム部２６と、床部からアーム部２６の長さ方向中央部にかけて設けられ、床部を走行可能に構成された補助脚部３２と、防音板材１２を吊り下げるワイヤー４４をアーム部２６に沿って繰り出し及び巻き取り可能とするウィンチ４３と、を備える。【選択図】図３
