DIVISION UNIT OF BUCKLING RESTRICTION BRACE, AND BUCKLING RESTRICTION BRACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a division unit and a buckling restriction brace that may be divided so as to be compactly transported, and may be assembled readily on a ground to a necessary length when installing.SOLUTION: A plurality of division units 1, 1 are connected to each other for configuring a buckling restriction brace. The division unit 1 includes a core material body 2A that bears axial force, and a plurality of buckling restriction materials 3 disposed on a periphery of the core material body 2A on a side in a direction orthogonal to a material axis, for restricting buckling of the core material body 2A. A joint part 2B is provided on an edge part on a side in a material axis direction of the core material body 2A, to be joined with the joint part 2B provided on the edge part on the side in the material axis direction of the core material body 2A of the adjacent division unit 1. A fitting part 2C is provided on the other edge part of the core material body 2A on the side in the material axis direction, to be joined with a skeleton of a structure. The core material body 2A, the joint part 2B, and the fitting part 2C are formed to have a cruciform cross-section. A joint member 8 is formed by an angle steel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】輸送の際は分割してコンパクトに輸送することができ、架設する際は必要な長さに容易に地組みできるようにした分割ユニットおよび座屈拘束ブレースを提供する。【解決手段】複数の分割ユニット1,1どうしを互いに連結して構成する。分割ユニット1は、軸力を負担する芯材本体2Aと芯材本体2Aの材軸直角方向側の周囲に配置され、芯材本体2Aの座屈を拘束する複数の座屈拘束材3とを有する。芯材本体2Aの材軸方向側の一端部に隣接する分割ユニット1の芯材本体2Aの材軸方向側の一端部に設けられた継手部2Bと接合される継手部2Bを設ける。芯材本体2Aの材軸方向側の他端部に構造物の軸組に接合される取付け部2Cを設ける。芯材本体2A、継手部2B及び取付け部2Cは断面十字形状に形成する。接合部材8は山形鋼より形成する。【選択図】図1
