DOOR CLOSER SPEED CONTROL VALVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closer speed control valve, which is excellent in assemblability and can also apply a forced opening and closing function to an existing door closer.SOLUTION: A door closer speed control valve 40 is used in a door closer 1, which controls a door opening and closing speed by adjusting a flow rate of hydraulic fluid draining from a high pressure chamber A to a low pressure chamber B along with movement of a piston 4. The door closer speed control valve 40 has integrally a relief valve 50 inside, which blocks the high pressure chamber A and the low pressure chamber B under normal conditions, but communicates the high pressure chamber A and the low pressure chamber B and drains the hydraulic oil in the high pressure chamber A to the low pressure chamber B when an external force in a control direction is applied on the door during the door opening and closing speed controlling process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】組立性に優れ、既存のドアクローザにも強制開閉機能を適用できるドアクローザ用速度調整弁の提供。【解決手段】ピストン4の移動に連動して高圧室Aから低圧室Bに流出する作動油の流量を調整することで、ドアの閉開速度を制御するドアクローザ1に用いられるドアクローザ用速度調整弁40である。ドアクローザ用速度調整弁40は、平時は高圧室Aと低圧室Bとを遮断する一方、ドアの開閉速度を制御している途中で制御している方向の外力がドアに作用した際には、高圧室Aと低圧室Bとを連通して高圧室Aの作動油を低圧室Bに流出させるリリーフ弁50を内部に一体に備えている。【選択図】図4
