PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt composition for road pavement that offers high dry strength, water infiltration strength and bending strength, along with a manufacturing method thereof and a road pavement method.SOLUTION: [1] An asphalt composition for road pavement containing asphalt, a polyester resin and an aggregate, the polyester resin being a specified polyester, and a ratio of the polyester resin being 2 pts. mass or more and up to 30 pts. mass to 100 pts. mass of the asphalt; [2] a manufacturing method for the asphalt composition for road pavement that includes a step for mixing the asphalt, the polyester resin and the aggregate at a temperature of 130°C or more and up to 200°C, the polyester resin being the polyester of [1] and the ratio of the polyester resin being mixed at 2 pts. mass or more and up to 30 pts. mass to 100 pts. mass of the asphalt; and [3] a road pavement method that includes a step for applying the asphalt composition obtained by the manufacturing method of [2] and forming an asphalt pavement layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
