SEALING METHOD AND SEAL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method and a seal member capable of improving waterproofness between a first opening part and an insertion member even if the work can be carried out only at one side against a first wall.SOLUTION: A sealing method for sealing a clearance between a first opening part 23 of a first wall 18 and an insertion member 12 inserted into the first opening part 23 is carried out in such a way that a seal member 1 comprising an elastic layer 2 formed with a through hole 9, an adhesive layer 3 arranged at the surface of the elastic layer 2 so as to enclose the through hole 9 and a release sheet 4 arranged at the surface of the adhesive layer 3 is passed from one side of a thickness direction of a first wall 18 through the first opening part 23 and is positioned with respect to the first wall 18 so as to assure a charging region 10 at the other side in the thickness direction of the first wall 18, the release sheet 4 is peeled off, the adhesive layer 3 is adhered to the other surface in the thickness direction of the first wall 18 and then the insertion member 12 is inserted into the first opening part 23 so as to cause the insertion member to be press-fitted into the through hole 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】第1壁に対して一方側からしか作業できない場合であっても、第1開口部と挿入部材との間の防水性の向上を図ることのできるシーリング方法およびシール部材を提供すること。【解決手段】第1壁18の第1開口部23と、第1開口部23に挿入される挿入部材12との隙間をシールするためのシーリング方法では、貫通穴9が形成された弾性層2と、貫通穴9を囲うように弾性層2の表面に配置される粘着層3と、粘着層3の表面に配置される離型シート4と、を備えるシール部材1を、第1壁18の厚み方向の一方側から、第1開口部23を通過させ、第1壁18の厚み方向の他方側において、充填領域10が確保されるように第1壁18に対して位置決めし、離型シート4を剥離し、粘着層3を第1壁18の厚み方向の他方面に貼付し、挿入部材12を貫通穴9に圧入するように第1開口部23に挿入する。【選択図】図2
