DELAY TIME CALCULATION PROGRAM, DELAY TIME CALCULATION DEVICE AND DELAY TIME CALCULATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately calculate delay time between two points of a pipeline for rainwater.SOLUTION: A delay time calculation program causes a computer to perform processing to generate modified upstream data obtained by applying filter that removes a frequency component of which difference with a frequency component contained in downstream water level data indicating a water level in a downstream point to upstream water level data or rainfall data indicating the water level at an upstream point is larger than or equal to a predetermined threshold value, to calculate delay time where correlation between the modified upstream data and the downstream data is maximum, for each target time width of a plurality of pieces of correlation acquisition, from the modified upstream data and the downstream water level data, and to identify the delay time between the upstream point and the downstream point based on statistical information of the delay time for each of the plurality of target time widths.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】雨水の管路の2地点間における遅れ時間を適切に算出することを目的とする。【解決手段】遅れ時間算出プログラムは、上流地点の水位を示す上流水位データまたは降雨量データに対して、下流地点の水位を示す下流水位データに含まれる周波数成分との差が所定の閾値以上の周波数成分を除去するフィルタを適用した修正上流データを生成し、修正上流データおよび下流水位データから、複数の相関取得の対象時間幅ごとに、修正上流データと下流水位データとの相関が極大となる遅れ時間を算出し、複数の対象時間幅ごとの遅れ時間の統計情報より、上流地点と下流地点との間の遅れ時間を特定する処理をコンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】図2
