BUILDING DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION PLANNING METHOD AND BUILDING DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION PLANNING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building design/construction planning method and building design/construction planning system capable of efficiently creating a design/construction plan of a building satisfying the requirements of a client when a plurality of function models exist.SOLUTION: This planning system creates a base model as a building three-dimensional model that reflects shape information related to the building shape determined on the basis of the information about the requirements of a client and includes attribute information of each element of the building. Then, referring to information acquired from the created base model, the planning system creates, for a plurality of functions, a plurality of function models as the three-dimensional model used for constructing the building, and adds, to the base model, the attribute information of each element of the building determined on the basis of the information about the requirements of the client.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】職能モデルが複数存在する場合に、建築主の要求事項を満たす建築の設計施工計画を効率的に作成することができる建築設計施工計画方法及び建築設計施工計画システムを得る。【解決手段】建築主の要求事項に関する情報から定まる、建築物の形状に関する形状情報を反映し、かつ建築物の各要素の属性情報を付与した、建築物の３次元モデルであるベースモデルを生成する。そして、複数の職能に対し、生成されたベースモデルから得られる各情報を参照して、建築物を建築するための３次元モデルである職能モデルを複数生成すると共に、建築主の要求事項に関する情報から定まる、建築物の各要素の属性情報をベースモデルに付与する。【選択図】図４
