MICROBUBBLE GENERATOR FOR FAUCET AND FAUCET INCORPORATING MICROBUBBLE GENERATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generator for a faucet that can be easily attached to a port of a faucet or the like, and a faucet incorporating the microbubble generator.SOLUTION: A microbubble generator for faucet to be incorporated into a faucet having an inner screw part inside a port part is provided. The microbubble generator for faucet is an insert having therein a flow passage through which liquid discharged from the faucet flows and microbubbles are generated from gas dissolved in the liquid, and having an outer screw part to be threaded into the inner screw part inside the port part of the faucet on an outer periphery. The microbubble generator also has a space upstream of the insert, and a tornado plate having an eccentric hole for increasing a flow rate by turning the liquid is disposed in the space. A faucet incorporating the microbubble generator comprises a faucet provided with an inner screw inside a port part and the microbubble generator for faucet to be threaded into the inner screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蛇口等の口部に簡易に取り付けられる、蛇口用マイクロバブル生成器及び蛇口用マイクロバブル生成器を内蔵した蛇口を提供する。【解決手段】口部の内部に内ネジ部を設けた蛇口に内蔵される蛇口用マイクロバブル生成器であって、内部に蛇口から吐出する液体を通し、前記液体に溶解している気体からマイクロバブルを生成する流路を備え、外周に前記蛇口の口部の内部の内ネジ部に螺合する外ネジ部を備える、インサートであることを特徴とする蛇口用マイクロバブル生成器、さらに前記インサートの上流側にスペースを備え、前記液体を旋回させ流速を上げる偏芯穴を備えるトルネードプレートを、前記スペースに配置したことを特徴とする蛇口用マイクロバブル生成器の構成とした。また口部の内部に内ネジを設けた蛇口と、前記内ネジに螺合する蛇口用マイクロバブル生成器とからなることを特徴とするマイクロバブル生成器を内蔵した蛇口の構成とした。【選択図】図１
