TITANIUM OXIDE-BASED CERAMIC MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide-based ceramic material capable of fine sintered body while maintaining an anatase type crystal structure in the titanium oxide-based ceramic material.SOLUTION: There is provided a titanium oxide-based ceramic material which contains at least one of an aluminum component or a zirconium component, has an anatase phase exhibiting the highest peak strength in an X ray diffraction, and has a value of bulk density divided by apparent density of 80% or more. There is provided a titanium oxide-based ceramic material containing a CaO-PO-based glass, and it is more preferable that the CaO-PO-based glass further contains at least one of Sr or Zn as a third component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】酸化チタン基セラミック材料において、アナターゼ型の結晶構造を維持しながら緻密な焼結体を可能とする酸化チタン基セラミック材料の提供。【解決手段】アルミニウム成分もしくはジルコニウム成分の少なくとも1つを含み、X線回折でアナターゼ相が最も高いピーク強度を示し、かさ密度を見かけ密度で除した値が80%以上である酸化チタン基セラミック材料。CaO−P2O5系ガラスを酸化チタン基セラミック材料に含み、更にCaO−P2O5系ガラスに第3成分としてSr、又はZnを少なくとも一つ含有することがより好ましい酸化チタン基セラミック材料。【選択図】図1
