TENEMENT HOUSE WITH VACANT LAND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously achieve the securement of a lighting distance and the maximization of site use to increase profitability, and also promote community of tenement house inhabitants.SOLUTION: Dwelling units 1C, 1D of the road side and dwelling units 1A, 1B of the anti-road side are opposed through a vacant land 2, and the dwelling units of respective sides are made to be a group structure of a mirror plane body. All lighting windows 6c, 6d (A lighting window) provided at living spaces 5c, 5d of the dwelling units 1C, 1D of the road side are provided in the direction perpendicular to the road. All lighting windows 6a, 6b (B lighting window) provided at the living spaces 5a, 5b of the dwelling units 1A, 1B of the anti-road side are provided in the direction perpendicular to an end of the opposite side of a road 17 of the vacant land 2. As a result, a vacant land space and a building can be integrated to thereby secure the lighting distance being difficult in compatibility. Accordingly, the clearing of restriction in the lighting and the maximization of land use to increase profitability can be achieved simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
