IMPURITY REMOVING SCREEN DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impurity removing screen device capable of preventing that impurities transported to the most upper part of fixed screen members fall down as a lump.SOLUTION: A screen comprises: a pair of fixed screen members 61 respectively arranged in a manner where a fixed highest part 612 with a mounting surface installed projects from water surface of the received sewage; and a movable screen member 62 moving between the pair of fixed screen members 61 so as to move the impurity to the fixed highest part 612. In addition, the screen is provided with deposition stopping means 67 and 68 for preventing accumulation of the impurity X transported to the fixed highest part 612 on the fixed highest part 612. The deposition stopping means 67 and 68 drive mechanical removing members 671 and 681 in a state of being in touch with the mounting surface or slightly floating from the mounting surface so as to cause impurity X remaining on the mounting surface to fall down from the mounting surface to the downstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】固定スクリーン部材の最上部まで移送されてきた夾雑物が塊となって落下してしまうことを阻止する工夫がなされた夾雑物除去スクリーン装置を提供する。【解決手段】スクリーン体は、受け入れた汚水の水面から載置面が設けられた固定最上段部612が突出するようにそれぞれ配置された一対の固定スクリーン部材61と、一対の固定スクリーン部材61の間で移動することによって固定最上段部612に向けて夾雑物を移送する稼働スクリーン部材62とを備え、さらに、固定最上段部612まで移送されてきた夾雑物Xが固定最上段部612に堆積してしまうことを阻止する堆積阻止手段67、68が設けられ、堆積阻止手段67、68は、機械的除去部材671、681を、載置面に接触した状態あるいは載置面からやや浮いた状態で駆動することで、載置面上の残存夾雑物Xを載置面から下流側に落下させる。【選択図】図8
