POLLUTION PREVENTION MEMBRANE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution prevention membrane that is easy to remove temporarily when a ship is allowed to pass and that has also high effect of preventing rolling-up of sludge from a water bottom.SOLUTION: Provided is a pollution prevention membrane for use as a ship-passage opening/closing part within a pollution prevention membrane used in the all or part of a plan-view linear part to be installed in a boundary position of a water area in which pollution should be prevented. The pollution prevention membrane comprises a curtain part floating tube 4 installed over a total horizontal length of a curtain part 1 at a position of 2L/3 in water depth direction from an upper end of the curtain part 1 and rising to a water surface when air is injected into it, and an air injecting device for injecting air into the tube 4. When the curtain part 1 is floated to the water surface by injecting air into the tube 4 by the air injecting device 5, the curtain part 1 is triply folded into the length of L/3, and is opened and closed by rotational movement with one end of the curtain part 1 rotatably fixed abd the other end thereof pulled by a tugboat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】船舶を通過させる際に、一時的に取り除くことが容易にでき、また水底の汚泥の巻き上げを防止する効果も高い汚濁防止膜を提供する。【解決手段】汚濁を防止すべき水域の境界位置に設置される平面視直線状部位の全体又は一部に使用される汚濁防止膜のうち船舶通過用の開閉部として使用される汚濁防止膜であって、カーテン部1の上端から水深方向に2L/3の位置に、カーテン部1の水平方向全長にわたって取り付けられていて空気が注入されると水面まで上昇するカーテン部浮上用のチューブ4と、チューブ4に空気を注入するための空気注入用装置とを備え、チューブ4に空気注入用装置5によって空気を注入して水面へと浮上させた際に、カーテン部1はL/3の長さで三つ折りにされた状態となり、カーテン部1の一端が回転自在に固定され、他端が引き船により引っ張られて回転移動することにより開閉される。【選択図】図1
