PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement suspension which has a fluidity holding time of soil cement of 6 hours or more, which is a time for a table flow value to become 150 mm or less from a point at which soil cement is prepared, and to provide a fluidizing agent composition for soil cement which gives the cement suspension.SOLUTION: A fluidizing agent composition for soil cement contains (A) a water-soluble polymer, (B) alkali metal carbonate and (C) alkali metal bicarbonate, where contents of the component (B) and the component (C) is 10-1,300 pts.mass and 10-1,300 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the component (A), and the total content of the components (B) and (C) is 100-1,500 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the component (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ソイルセメントを調製した時点から、テーブルフロー値が１５０ｍｍ以下となるまでの時間（ソイルセメントの流動性保持時間）を６時間以上とすることができるセメント系懸濁液及びそれを与えるソイルセメント用流動化剤組成物の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ）水溶性重合体、（Ｂ）炭酸アルカリ金属塩及び（Ｃ）重炭酸アルカリ金属塩を含有し、成分（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）の含有量は、成分（Ａ）１００質量部に対して、それぞれ、１０〜１３００質量部及び１０〜１３００質量部であり、成分（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）の合計含有量は、成分（Ａ）１００質量部に対して、１００〜１５００質量部であることを特徴とするソイルセメント用流動化剤組成物。【選択図】なし
