PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a gate door lock device for making it possible to recognize whether or not a gate door is locked at first glance even from the inside or outside of the gate door and even from a position somewhat apart from the gate door, without viewing a lock lever.SOLUTION: A gate door lock device of the present invention (for example, a lock device 3 as described below) rotatably fixed to a support on the door end side (for example, a support pillar 4 on the door end side as described below) at a height of the upper end of a gate door body (for example, a gate door body 2 as described below) includes: a recess (for example, a recess 32 as described below) with which the door end side of the upper end of the gate door body is to be engaged from above; and two knob and regulation members (for example, knob and regulation members 33 as described below) on both side faces of the lock device, the knob and regulation members protruding horizontally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
