FOUNDATION REINFORCEMENT UNIT OF BUILDING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation reinforcement unit of a building capable of arranging an attaching reinforcement, while accurately maintaining a relative position with a main reinforcement.SOLUTION: A reinforcement unit comprises a circular column-shaped main reinforcement 21 extending in the horizontal direction, a circular column-shaped rib reinforcement connected to the main reinforcement 21 and extending in the vertical direction, a circular column-shaped attaching reinforcement 23 connected to the rib reinforcement and arranged at an interval in parallel to the main reinforcement 21 and a reinforcement holder 14 for connecting the main reinforcement 21 and the attaching reinforcement 23. The reinforcement holder 14 comprises a C-shaped first fitting part 31 fitted to the main reinforcement 21, a C-shaped second fitting part 32 fitted to the attaching reinforcement 23 and a connection part 33 extending in the vertical direction, connecting its one end to the first fitting part 31 and connecting its other end to the second fitting part 32. A C-shaped first opening 35 of the first fitting part 31 turns in the direction for crossing with the vertical direction 7. A C-shaped second opening 38 of the second fitting part 32 turns to the opposite side of the connection part 33 in the vertical direction 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】主筋との相対位置を正確に維持しつつ添え筋を配置可能な建築物の基礎用鉄筋ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋ユニットは、水平方向に延びた円柱形状の主筋21と、主筋21に連結されており、上下方向に延びた円柱形状のあばら筋と、あばら筋に連結されており、主筋21と平行且つ間隔を空けて配置された円柱形状の添え筋23と、主筋21と添え筋23とを連結している鉄筋ホルダ14とを備える。鉄筋ホルダ14は、主筋21と嵌合するC字型の第1嵌合部31と、添え筋23と嵌合するC字型の第2嵌合部32と、上下方向に延びており、その一端が第1嵌合部31と繋がり且つその他端が第2嵌合部32と繋がっている接続部33とを備える。第1嵌合部31のC字型の第1開口35は、上下方向7と交差する方向を向いている。第2嵌合部32のC字型の第2開口38は、上下方向7において接続部33と反対側を向いている。【選択図】図7
