JUNCTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN PRECAST CONCRETE COLUMN AND BEAM MEMBERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of junction work when joining a precast concrete beam to a precast concrete column.SOLUTION: A junction structure 1 between precast concrete column and beam members has a precast concrete beam 20 joined with a precast concrete column 10 having through-holes 14, 14 formed and arranged at a coaxial position with beam main reinforcing bars 25, 26 of the precast concrete beam 20, by fastening joint reinforcing bars 15, 16 housed and held inside the through-hole 14 to the precast concrete beam 20 side. The joint reinforcing bars 15, 16 have a fastening protrusion 17 formed on an edge part on the precast concrete column 10 side, the fastening protrusion 17 being fastened and held inside the through-hole 14 by a filler filled inside the hole. The other edge parts of the joint reinforcing bars are joined and fastened to the beam main reinforcing bars 25, 26 by a mechanical joint, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プレキャストコンクリート柱にプレキャストコンクリート梁を接合する際に、接合作業の効率化を図る。【解決手段】 プレキャストコンクリート梁20と、プレキャストコンクリート梁20の梁主筋25,26と同軸位置に貫通孔14,14が配列、形成されたプレキャストコンクリート柱10とが、貫通孔14内に収容、保持された接合鉄筋15,16をプレキャストコンクリート梁20側に定着させて接合されたプレキャストコンクリート柱梁部材の接合構造1において、接合鉄筋15,16は、プレキャストコンクリート柱10側の端部に定着用突起17が形成され、定着用突起17が貫通孔14内に充填された充填材で孔内に定着保持され、他端が梁主筋25,26に機械式継手等で接続、定着されるようにした。【選択図】 図1
