REPAIR MEMBER AND REPAIR METHOD FOR EXISTING HOLLOW TUBE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair member for an existing hollow tube that enables a bottom part of the existing hollow tube to be repaired without welding and/or fusion cutting at a work site.SOLUTION: A repair member 1 for an existing hollow tube is interposed between a cut edge 8a formed near a bottom part of the existing hollow tube 8 and a concrete foundation 20 in which a bottom end of the existing hollow tube 8 is embedded. The repair member includes a first cylindrical body 4 disposed to cover an outer side surface near the cut edge 8a, a flat plate body 5 connected integrally with a bottom end of the first cylindrical body 4, and covering an opening 9a of a cut mark hole 9 formed on the concrete foundation 20, and a second cylindrical body 6 connected integrally to an undersurface side 5b of the flat plate body 5 and hanging inside the cut mark hole 9. The flat plate body 5 has a through-hole 7 connecting a hollow part of the first cylindrical body 4 with a hollow part of the second cylindrical body 6. A body part 2 formed integrally by the first cylindrical body 4, the flat plate body 5 and the second cylindrical body 6 comprises a pair of split pieces 3, 3 made by splitting the body part 2 in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業現場において溶接及び/又は溶断作業を行うことなく既存中空管の根元を補修できる既存中空管補修部材を提供する。【解決手段】既存中空管8の根元近傍に形成される切断端8aと、既存中空管8の下端が埋設されるコンクリート基礎20と、の間に介設される既存中空管補修部材であって、切断端8a近傍の外側面を被覆しながら配される第1の筒体4と、この第1の筒体4の下端に一体に接合され、コンクリート基礎20に形成される切断跡穴9の開口部9aを塞ぐ平板体5と、この平板体5の下面側5bに一体に接合され、切断跡穴9内に垂下する第2の筒体6とを有し、平板体5は、第1の筒体4の中空部と、第2の筒体6の中空部とをつなぐ貫通孔7を備え、第1の筒体4と平板体5と第2の筒体6が一体化されてなる本体部2は、この本体部2を鉛直方向に二分割してなる一対の分割片3,3からなる既存中空管補修部材1による。【選択図】図1
