PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of easily binding a horizontal reinforcement and two auxiliary reinforcements.SOLUTION: A clip 20 is formed of a piece of spring steel wire and bent into C shape around an axis of a horizontal reinforcement 15 so as to be along an external diameter of the horizontal reinforcement 15. The clip comprises: a first hook part 21, which is hooked on the horizontal reinforcement 15; an extending part 22, which extends from one end of the first hook part 21 to the outside of the bent part of the first hook 21; a pinching part 23, which extends from an opposite end of the first hook part 21 on the extending part 22 and bends from the extending part 22 and faces a C-shaped opening 33 of the first hook part 21; and a second hook part 24, which bends into C shape around an axis of a vertical reinforcement 16 from an opposite end of the extending part 22 on the pinching part 23 so as to be along the external diameter of the vertical reinforcement 16 and is hooked on the vertical reinforcement 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
