PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural lighting film capable of guiding light to an indoor ceiling, etc., with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A natural lighting film 10 includes: a polymer resin film having a first face configured to receive incident light and a second face opposing the first face and configured to emit light; and a craze area 13 arranged between the first face and the second face of the polymer resin film and configured to deflect the light incident from the first face to emit the light to the second face.
