CORRUGATED PLATE NAILING AUXILIARY JIG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated plate nailing auxiliary jig capable of accurately guiding and driving a nail in by vertically surely holding even nails of various diameters.SOLUTION: A corrugated plate nailing auxiliary jig of the present invention is a corrugated plate nailing auxiliary jig for driving a nail in a corrugated plate such as a galvanized plate, and comprises: a pair of jig half parts having opposed surfaces; a recessed part provided on a bottom surface of both of the pair of jig half parts and being in a shape corresponding to a shape of a crest part for making the pair of these jig half parts just straddle the crest part of the corrugated plate; connection means for connecting both by extending over a back face of both of the pair of jig half parts and making both mutually rotatable between a closing position and an opening position opened by a predetermined angle from the closing position; and through-hole half parts for forming a guide through-hole of a circular shape in a horizontal cross section for holding-guiding the nail when the pair of jig half parts exist in the closing position and formed in the opposed surfaces of both of the pair of jig half parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】種々の径の釘でも垂直に確実に保持して、正確に釘をガイドして打ち込むことができる波板釘打ち用補助治具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の波板釘打ち用補助治具は、トタン板等の波板に釘を打ち込むための波板釘打ち用補助治具であって、対向面を有する一対の治具半部、該一対の治具半部の両者の底面に設けられ、これら一対の治具半部が前記波板の山部に丁度跨がるようにするための、前記山部の形状に対応した形状の凹部、該一対の治具半部の両者の背面に亘って延び、両者を連結するとともに、両者が互いに閉位置と該閉位置から所定角度開いた開位置との間で回動できるようにする連結手段、および前記一対の治具半部が前記閉位置にあるとき、釘を保持・ガイドするための水平断面が円形のガイド貫通孔を形成する、前記一対の治具半部の両者の対向面に形成された貫通孔半部を備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
