PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infiltration of rainwater as much as possible, by effectively processing a cavity generated between a roof free end and a skeleton with an excellent appearance in a building-attached terrace constructed without being fixed to the building skeleton.SOLUTION: A roof free end of a terrace 1 is installed separated by about 10 cm from a skeleton, and a rocking deflective cavity B is arranged between the roof free end and the skeleton A for allowing rocking and deflection of a roof 12 by a flapping load and a snowfall load of wind pressure. A wide plate-like blocking-up member 4 by an extrusion molding material of an elastomer is projected upward on the skeleton A side from the roof free end, and its tongue-like tip 43 is elastically brought into pressure contact with the skeleton A so as to freely slide in the vertical direction, thereby preventing infiltration of rainwater in between the skeleton A and the terrace 1 as much as possible by the blocking-up member 4. 【課題】建物躯体に固定することなく施工する建物添設のテラスにおける屋根自由端と躯体との間に生じる空隙を有効且つ外観よく処理して可及的に雨水の浸入を防止する。【解決手段】テラス1の屋根自由端を躯体から10cm程度離して設置し、屋根自由端と躯体Aとの間に、風圧の煽り荷重や積雪荷重による屋根12の揺動や撓みを許容する揺動撓み空隙Bを配置するとともに屋根自由端から躯体A側にエラストマーの押出成形材による幅広板状の閉塞部材4を上向きに突設し、その舌状先端43を躯体Aに上下方向摺動自在に弾性圧接することによって、該閉塞部材4により躯体Aとテラス1間への雨水の浸入を可及的に防止する。閉塞部材4は高弾性伸張性を有するから、損傷することもなく耐久性を有する。【選択図】図4
