LONG REINFORCEMENT HARDWARE, REINFORCEMENT HARDWARE SET, LUMBER REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING THE REINFORCEMENT HARDWARE SET, COLUMN LEG HARDWARE SET, AND COLUMN ELECTION STRUCTURE AND ELECTION METHOD USING THE COLUMN LEG HARDWARE SET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardware, which can be used for reinforcing narrow lumber and stabilizes placing angle of a fixing member such as machine screw and nail, and lengthen whole length of the hardware.SOLUTION: Multiple open holes 11a, 11b through which a fixing member 2 such as a machine screw or a nail penetrates are disposed at prescribed interval in longer direction. There are at least two penetration directions of the multiple open holes 11a, 11b and these directions intersect. The fixing members 2 penetrate the multiple open holes 11a, 11b on a lumber in two or more directions, intersect and fixed. A female screw part 11c as reinforcement hardware side screw part is disposed at least on one of both ends in longer direction. Multiple open holes 11a, 11b are alternately disposed in different directions in longer direction of each long reinforcement hardware 11. Intersection angle of penetration directions of the multiple open holes 11a, 11b is other than 90 degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】幅の狭い木材の補強にも使用可能であり、かつ、ビスや釘等の固定部材の打込み角度を安定させ、金物の全長を短くする。【解決手段】長手方向に所定間隔でビスや釘等の固定部材2が貫通する複数の貫通孔11a,11bが設けられており、その複数の貫通孔11a,11bの貫通方向は、少なくとも2方向以上あって交差しており、木材に対し当該複数の貫通孔11a,11bに固定部材2が2方向以上で貫通し、且つ、交差して固定される一方、長手方向の両側の端部の内、少なくともいずれか一方の端部には、補強金物側ネジ部である雌ネジ部11cが設けられており、複数の貫通孔11a,11bは、各長尺補強金物11の長手方向に異なる方向毎に互い違いに設けられており、複数の貫通孔11a,11bの貫通方向の交差角度は90度以外の角度である。【選択図】図1
