METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION AND PRECAST CONCRETE-MADE FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing precast concrete foundations that can construct a self-leveling layer in a short time even in an outdoor environment and also can securely install a foundation member on the self-leveling layer.SOLUTION: A method for constructing precast concrete foundations includes constructing and mutually coupling foundations 1 by installing a plurality of precast concrete-made column members 10, 20 and a plurality of foundation beam members 30, 40. The method for constructing the precast concrete foundations comprises: a step S1 of casting concrete onto a ground surface 61 so as to construct leveling concrete 60; a step S2 of letting a rapid-hardening self-leveling material flow onto the leveling concrete 60 to construct a self-leveling layer 62; and a step S3 of mounting and coupling the column members 10, 20 and foundation members 30, 40 on the self-leveling layer 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】屋外環境下であってもセルフレベリング層を短時間に構築でき、かつ、このセルフレベリング層上に基礎部材を確実に設置できる、プレキャストコンクリート基礎の構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート基礎の構築方法は、複数のプレキャストコンクリート造の柱部材１０、２０および基礎梁部材３０、４０を複数設置して互いに連結することで、基礎１を構築する。この基礎の構築方法は、地盤面６１上にコンクリートを打設して捨てコンクリート６０を構築するステップＳ１と、捨てコンクリート６０上に速硬性のセルフレベリング材を流し込んでセルフレベリング層６２を構築するステップＳ２と、セルフレベリング層６２上に柱部材１０、２０および基礎梁部材３０、４０を載置して連結するステップＳ３と、を備える。【選択図】図５
