SCAFFOLDING ASSEMBLY METHOD IN HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE, AND HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operation stop time of a furnace in maintenance of a heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: In a scaffolding assembly method in a heat treatment furnace, a plurality of scaffolding beams J are inserted into a heat treatment furnace 1 from a side wall of the furnace with intervals in a horizontal direction; above a place into which the scaffolding beam J is inserted, a crane rail 32 where a mobile crane 31 travels is inserted into the heat treatment furnace 1 from the side wall of the furnace; the mobile crane 31 supporting a scaffolding material S in a suspended manner travels on the crane rail 32 so as to move from the outside of the furnace to the inside of the furnace; and the scaffolding material S is lowered from the mobile crane 31, and is mounted on each scaffolding beam J.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】熱処理炉のメンテナンス時における炉の操業停止時間を短縮する。【解決手段】熱処理炉内の足場組立方法において、熱処理炉1の側壁から複数の足場用梁Jを水平方向に間隔を空けて炉内に挿入し、足場用梁Jを挿入する箇所の上方において、熱処理炉1の側壁から移動式クレーン31が走行するクレーンレール32を炉内に挿入し、足場材Sを吊り下げ支持する移動式クレーン31をクレーンレール32上で走行させて該移動式クレーン31を炉外から炉内に移動させ、移動式クレーン31から足場材Sを降下させて各足場用梁Jの上に該足場材Sを載せる。【選択図】図2
