ADDITIVE FOR INORGANIC PARTICLE CONTAINING POLYCARBOXYLIC ACID-BASED COPOLYMER AND DEFOAMING AGENT, ADDITIVE FOR CEMENT, AND CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for inorganic particles containing a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer and a defoaming agent which can reduce a use amount for achieving desired flowability when formed into a cement composition, can reduce viscosity when formed into the cement composition, and can achieve a cement composition having an excellent compressive strength and having a predetermined compressive strength irrespective of the type of the defoaming agent, and to provide an additive for cement and a cement composition containing the polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer and the defoaming agent.SOLUTION: An additive for inorganic particles contains a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer and a defoaming agent. The polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer is a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer having a structural unit (I) derived from a specific unsaturated polyalkylene glycol-based monomer (a) and a structural unit (II) derived from a specific unsaturated carboxylic acid-based monomer (b), and the polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer is obtained by living polymerization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメント組成物とした場合に所望の流動性を達成するための使用量を低減でき、セメント組成物とする際に粘性を低減でき、さらに、優れた圧縮強度を有しかつ消泡剤の種類によらず所定の圧縮強度を有するセメント組成物を実現し得る、ポリカルボン酸系共重合体と消泡剤とを含む無機粒子用添加剤を提供する。また、ポリカルボン酸系共重合体と消泡剤とを含むセメント用添加剤およびセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の無機粒子用添加剤は、ポリカルボン酸系共重合体と消泡剤とを含む。ポリカルボン酸系共重合体は、特定の不飽和ポリアルキレングリコール系単量体(a)由来の構造単位(I)と特定の不飽和カルボン酸系単量体(b)由来の構造単位(II)とを有するポリカルボン酸系共重合体であって、該ポリカルボン酸系共重合体がリビング重合により得られたものである。【選択図】図1
