UNDERGROUND STEEL COLUMN CONSTRUCTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground steel column construction device capable of improving workability and safety.SOLUTION: Pliers 3 are substantially cross-shaped while having plier arm parts 31 extending in four directions, and an underground steel column 101 is connected to a central part of the pliers. A cradle 2 comprises: a lower truck 21 which is disposed on a cradle base 26 freely movable in a first horizontal direction and capable of adjusting a fixing position; an upper truck 22 which is disposed at an upper side of the lower truck 21, freely movable in a second horizontal direction that is orthogonal with the first horizontal direction, and capable of adjusting a fixing position; a rotary table 23 which is disposed at an upper side of the upper truck 22, freely rotatable and capable of adjusting a fixing position; multiple support jacks 24 disposed on the rotary table 23 and supporting end portions 31a of the plier arm parts 31 of the pliers 3; and multiple guide arms 25 disposed on the rotary table 23 so as to freely rise up and fall down and guide the underground steel column 101. The guide arms 25 ate disposed at an inner peripheral side of the support jacks 24 while facing the support jacks 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 作業性および安全性を向上させることが可能な構真柱建込み装置を提供する。【解決手段】ヤットコ3は、四方に延びるヤットコ腕部31を有する略十字状で、中央部に構真柱101が接続される。架台2は、架台ベース26上に配設され第1の水平方向に移動自在で固定位置を調整可能な下部台車21と、下部台車21の上方に配設され第1の水平方向と直交する第2の水平方向に移動自在で固定位置を調整可能な上部台車22と、上部台車22の上方に配設され回転自在で固定位置を調整可能な回転台23と、回転台23に配設されヤットコ3の各ヤットコ腕部31の端部31aを支持する複数の支承用ジャッキ24と、回転台23に起倒自在に配設され構真柱101を案内する複数のガイドアーム25と、を備え、ガイドアーム25は支承用ジャッキ24に対向して支承用ジャッキ24の内周側に配設されている。【選択図】 図1
