CRUSHED STONE PILE FORMATION DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CRUSHED STONE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in strength of a crushed stone pile.SOLUTION: A crushed stone pile formation device 100 comprises an attachment 10 for forming a crushed stone pile in a space while rising from underground by forming the space by being inserted into the ground, a driving device 11 for generating rotational driving force and a crushed stone holder 30 installed on the ground surface and having a through-hole capable of penetrating the attachment 10. The attachment 10 includes a cylindrical part 12 and a spiral part 14 rotatably arranged in the cylindrical part 12, connected to the driving device 11 and excavating underground. The crushed stone holder 30 is constituted so that a crushed stone can be thrown into the space in the through-hole enclosed by the tip of the attachment 10, the ground surface and the crushed stone holder 30 in a state before inserting the attachment 10 into the ground, and the attachment 10 is inserted into the ground in a state of penetrating through the through-hole of the crushed stone holder 30 in a state after inserting the attachment 10 into the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】砕石杭の強度が低下することを抑制する。【解決手段】砕石杭形成装置100は、地中に挿入されて空間を形成し、地中から上昇しつつ空間に砕石杭を形成するアタッチメント10と、回転駆動力を発生させる駆動装置11と、地表に設置され、アタッチメント10が貫通可能な貫通孔を有する砕石ホルダ30と、を備えている。アタッチメント10は、円筒部12と、円筒部12内に回転可能に配置され、駆動装置11に接続されて地中を掘削する螺旋部14と、を備えている。砕石ホルダ30は、アタッチメント10が地中に挿入される前の状態においては、アタッチメント10の先端と地表と当該砕石ホルダ30によって囲まれる貫通孔内の空間に砕石を投入可能に構成されており、アタッチメント10が地中に挿入された後の状態においては、アタッチメント10が当該砕石ホルダ30の貫通孔を貫通した状態で地中に挿入されている。【選択図】図1
