WELDING METHOD OF THIN COPPER SHEET, WELDING DEVICE OF THIN COPPER SHEET, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DRAIN FOR WASTE WATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method of a thin copper sheet capable of performing TIG welding to the thin copper sheet without causing thermal expansion or oxidation; and to provide a welding device of the thin copper sheet, and a manufacturing method of a drain for waste water.SOLUTION: There is provided a welding method of a thin copper sheet for welding a peripheral edge part 11 of a hole part 10 of a copper flat plate 1 having the circular hole part 10 to the end 21 on one side of a cylindrical copper tube 2. In the welding method of the thin copper sheet, the copper flat plate 1 on the periphery 10a of the peripheral edge of the hole part 10 is sandwiched by an upper jig 31 and a lower jig 32 with a constant sandwiching pressure, and TIG welding is performed, while releasing excessive weld heat generated during welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】熱膨張や酸化を引き起こさずに、薄肉銅板に対してティグ溶接を行うことができる薄肉銅板の溶接方法、薄肉銅板の溶接装置及び排水用ドレンの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、円形の穴部10を有する銅平板1の穴部10の周縁部11と、円筒状の銅管2の一方側の端部21とを溶接する薄肉銅板の溶接方法であって、穴部10の周縁近傍10aの銅平板1を、上治具31及び下治具32で一定の狭圧力となるように挟み込み、且つ、溶接の際に生じる余分な溶接熱を逃がしながらティグ溶接を行う薄肉銅板の溶接方法である。【選択図】図3
