PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a liquid rapid hardening agent having its storage properties improved, wherein flowability, rigidity, and crack resistance of a cement concrete to be sprayed are improved; a spraying material; and a spraying method using the same.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a liquid rapid hardening agent containing 30-50 mass% of aluminium sulfate, 0.01-2.5 mass% cationic surfactant, and water; a spraying material containing a cement concrete containing a cement and an anionic aromatic compound, and the liquid rapid hardening agent; and a spraying method formed by mixing the cement concrete with the liquid rapid hardening agent, comprising mixing the cement concrete and the liquid rapid hardening agent and then spraying the mixture right before spraying.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】液体急結剤の貯蔵性を改善し、さらに、吹付けるセメントコンクリートの流動性、強度性状やひび割れ抵抗性が向上する、液体急結剤、吹付け材料及びそれを用いた吹付け工法を提供する。【解決手段】硫酸アルミニウム30〜50質量%、カチオン性界面活性剤0.01〜2.5質量%、及び水を含有してなる液体急結剤であり、セメントとアニオン性芳香族化合物を含有してなるセメントコンクリートと、前記液体急結剤とを含有してなる吹付け材料であり、セメントコンクリートと前記液体急結剤とを混合してなる吹付け工法であり、セメントコンクリートと液体急結剤を吹付け直前で混合して吹付ける前記吹付け工法、である。【選択図】なし
