ZIRCONIA SINTERED BODY, ZIRCONIA COMPOSITION AND ZIRCONIA CALCINED BODY, AND PROSTHESIS FOR DENTISTRY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zirconia sintered body which suppresses distorted shrinkage deformation.SOLUTION: A plurality of zirconia powder which contains zirconia and a stabilizer and has different compositions is formed and laminated to form a zirconia composition, which is fired at 800°C-1,200°C to produce a zirconia calcined body 20. The zirconia calcined body 20 is molded into a rectangular parallelepiped having a width of 50 mm, a height of 10 mm and a depth of 5 mm to prepare a test piece. In the test piece, when the surface of a width of 50 mm and a depth of 5 mm is a bottom face, a boundary surface formed by laminating the zirconia powder is parallel to the bottoms surface. The test piece is fired at 1,500°C for two hours, and a bottom face 20a of two bottom faces that is deformed in a concave surface is set downward. The zirconia calcined body, in which a ratio of (maximum space between concave bottom face and contact surface) d/(distance between contact parts in width direction) L×100 is 0.15 or less, is fired at 1,400-1,600°C to obtain a zirconia sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】いびつな収縮変形を抑制したジルコニア焼結体の提供。【解決手段】ジルコニア及び安定化剤を含有し、組成が異なる複数のジルコニア粉末を形成し、複数のジルコニア粉末を積層させてジルコニア組成物を形成し、ジルコニア組成物を800℃〜1200℃で焼成して製造されたジルコニア仮焼体20を幅50mm×高さ10mm×奥行き5mmの寸法の直方体形状に成形したものを試験片とし、試験片において、幅50mm×奥行き5mmとなる面を底面としたとき、ジルコニア粉末の積層によって形成される境界面が底面と平行になっており、試験片を1500℃で2時間焼成し、2つの底面のうち、凹面に変形した底面20aを下にして載置したとき、(凹面に変形した底面と接地面との最大間隔)d/(幅方向における接地部分間の距離)L×100が0.15以下であるジルコニア仮焼体を1400〜1600℃で焼結してなるジルコニア焼結体。【選択図】図3
