FITTING STRUCTURE FOR OBJECT INSTALLED ON ROOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for an object installed on a roof capable of fitting an object installed on a roof at high strength, without drilling a hole through a sheet metal roofing material.SOLUTION: A fitting structure 1 for an object installed on a roof includes: a stationary member 10 fitted on a structural material 3 of the roof and having a pair of top wall parts 13 extending horizontally and forming an opening 15 between tips thereof; a sheet metal roofing material 20 having a guide part 21 that has been elastically deformed and inserted into the stationary member 10 through the opening 15, a pair of deformed parts 22, and a pair of top parts 23 in contact with a top surface of the top wall part 13; a bolt member 30 having a base plate part 32 inserted into a space surrounded by the guide part 21 and the pair of deformed parts 22, and a male screw part 31 protruding upward from the base plate part 32 through the opening 15 for fitting a solar battery module; and a nut member 40 screwed into the male screw part 31 and tightened to raise the base plate part 32, thus deforming the deformed part 22 and bringing the deformed part in contact with an undersurface of the top wall part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】板金屋根材に孔をあけることなく高い強度で屋根上設置物を取付けることができる屋根上設置物の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】屋根上設置物の取付構造1に、屋根の構造材3に取付けられ、水平に延出し先端同士の間に開口部15を形成している一対の天壁部13を備えた固定部材10と、弾性変形させられて開口部15を通して固定部材10内に挿入されている案内部21及び一対の変形部22、及び天壁部13の上面に当接している一対の天部23を備えた板金屋根材20と、案内部21と一対の変形部22とで囲まれた空間内に挿入された基板部32、及び基板部32から開口部15を通って上方へ突出し太陽電池モジュールを取付けるための雄ネジ部31を有したボルト部材30と、雄ネジ部31に螺合され締付けによる基板部32の上昇により変形部22を変形させて天壁部13の下面に当接させているナット部材40と、を具備させる。【選択図】図9
