PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous environment control system that enables the whole room interior to be in a balanced appropriate luminous environment.SOLUTION: A luminous environment control system 1 comprises: a luminance sensor 12 for detecting indoor window surface luminance and wall surface luminance; change parts 2, 3 and 4 for changing an indoor luminous environment; a storage part 40 for storing an appropriate luminance balance area in which a predetermined and desired relationship is established between the window surface luminance and the wall surface luminance; and a control part 30 for controlling the change parts 2, 3 and 4 so that the window surface luminance and the wall surface luminance are present in the appropriate luminance balance area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
