METAL FITTING, STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation metal fitting that enables the installation metal fitting to be installed by welding from a direction while ensuring a certain level of quality, when the installation metal fitting is fixed on a base metal fitting.SOLUTION: An installation metal fitting is for fitting a wall panel on a base metal fitting that constitutes a building frame on a wall of the building, and is made of a roughly rectangular metallic plate. The installation metal fitting is bent at an edge side and the other edge side, such that the installation metal fittings are installed continuously in parallel to each other, utilizing a level difference taking into consideration a thickness dimension of the base metal fitting. The installation metal fitting has a through-hole on the edge side for inserting a bolt used when fixing to the wall panel, and a slit or a long hole on the other edge side having a width sufficient for inserting a welding rod, the slit or the long hole being formed almost in parallel to a longitudinal direction of the metallic plate. The slit or the long hole does not extend over the level difference, and does not reach the through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】取付金具を下地金物に固着する際に、一定の品質を確保しつつ、取付金具を一方向から溶接施工することが可能な取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の壁において、躯体を構成する下地金物に壁パネルを取り付けるための取付金具であって、略長方形状の金属板からなり、一端側と他端側とが、下地金物の厚さを加えた寸法段差を介して互いに平行に連続するように曲げ加工がされており、一端側に、壁パネルに固定するためのボルトを挿通する透孔を有し、他端側に、金属板の長手方向に略平行に形成された、溶接棒が挿入できる幅以上のスリットまたは長孔を有し、スリットまたは長孔は、段差を越えず、かつ透孔には達しないこと、を特徴とする取付金具。【選択図】図1
