PLATE-LIKE HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL AND HEAT INSULATION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like heat insulation material capable of having desired heat insulation properties while suppressing a rise in cost, and a heat insulation panel comprising the plate-like heat insulation material in one body.SOLUTION: A wall body 10 has a frame body 11 made of a wooden frame member, and a heat insulation panel 14 fixed to the frame body 11. The heat insulation panel 14 has a plywood 13 for structure and foam resin-made plate-like heat insulation materials 12A and 12B fixed to the plywood 13 for structure. The plate-like heat insulation materials 12A and 12B have cut parts 12A-2, 12B-2 formed to a depth shallower than a thickness of a main body part, and the cut part 12A-2 of the plate-like heat insulation material 12A serves as a fitting space for, for example, reinforcing hardware 17. The cut part 12B-2 of the plate-like heat insulation material 12B serves as a fitting space for, for example, an outlet box 18. As the cut parts are present, the reinforcing hardware 17 and an inner member of the outlet box 18 etc., can be fitted even after the heat insulation material is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コスト上昇を抑制しつつ所望の断熱性を得ることができる板状断熱材及び該板状断熱材を一体に備えた断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】壁体１０は、木製の枠部材からなる枠体１１と、枠体１１に固定される断熱パネル１４とを有している。断熱パネル１４は構造用合板１３と、構造用合板１３に固定された発泡樹脂製の板状断熱材１２Ａ及び１２Ｂとを有している。板状断熱材１２Ａ、１２Ｂには、本体部の厚みよりも浅い深さを持つ切り欠き部１２Ａ−２、１２Ｂ−２が形成されており、板状断熱材１２Ａにおける切り欠き部１２Ａ−２は例えば補強金物１７の取り付けスペースとなる。板状断熱材１２Ｂにおける切り欠き部１２Ｂ−２は例えばコンセントボックス１８の取り付けスペースとなる。切り欠き部の存在により、断熱材の施工後においても補強金物１７やコンセントボックス１８等のインナー部材の取り付けが可能となる。【選択図】図１
