ROAD SHOULDER COMPACTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and continuously perform compaction work for road shoulder banking of various sizes having various slopes.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a road shoulder compacting device 10 capable of traveling by itself on a pavement surface 3 along a compaction predetermined part of a road shoulder 4 at a side edge of the pavement surface 3, the road shoulder compacting device comprising: a hopper 12 provided on the front of a device body 11 and receiving a banking material 1; a material continuous supply mechanism fitted to a device base 17 to be partially exposed in a material discharge opening 15 provided to the hopper 12, and enabled to continuously spread the banking material 1, conveyed inside, out of a material discharge opening 25 at a side part onto a road bed 2; and a compaction attachment 30 fitted to a side face of the device body 11, and enabled to level and compact the banking material 1, continuously spread out from the material continuous supply mechanism, into a predetermined shape of the road shoulder and gradient and also to tamp the slope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 様々な寸法、法面勾配からなる路肩盛土の成型作業を精度良く連続的に行えるようにする。【解決手段】 舗装面3の側縁の路肩4の成型予定部分に沿って舗装面3上を自走可能な路肩成型装置10であって、装置本体11の前面に設けられた、盛土材料1を受け入れるホッパ12と、ホッパ12に設けられた材料排出口15にその一部が露出するように、装置基台17に取り付けられ、内部を移送された盛土材料1を、側部の材料吐出口25から路盤2上に連続撒き出し可能な材料連続供給機構と、装置本体11の側面に取り付けられ、材料連続供給機構から連続撒き出された盛土材料1を、所定の路肩、法面の形状に敷均し成型するとともに、法面を締固め可能な成型アタッチメント30とを備える。【選択図】図2
