FIREPROOF SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof sash for a fitting having a resin cap fitted on an end of a vertical frame material and preventing formation of a gap due to melting of the cap at a time of fire to suppress leakage of a flame and smoke in and out of a building.SOLUTION: A fireproof sash includes a frame body installed on an opening of a building, and a sash disposed inside the frame body. The sash is assembled into a frame by bringing an edge part of a horizontal frame material in contact with an inner peripheral surface of a vertical frame material, the horizontal frame material having a shaped aluminum material with a hollow part, and the vertical frame material being formed of a shaped aluminum material on an outdoor side and a shaped resin material on an indoor side. An edge surface of the vertical frame material is covered by an edge part cap made of resin, and at least a part of an edge part of the shaped aluminum material of the horizontal frame material faces the edge part cap made of resin that covers the edge surface of the vertical frame material. A heat foam material that foams toward the edge part cap made of resin is placed inside the hollow part of the shaped aluminum material of the horizontal frame material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】縦框の端部に樹脂製のキャップを装着してなる建具において、火災時にキャップの溶融によって生じる隙間の発生を防止して、室内外の炎や煙の連通を抑制する。【解決手段】建物開口部に配置される枠体と、枠体内に配置される障子を備え、障子は、室外側のアルミ形材と室内側の樹脂形材とで形成された縦框の内周面に、中空部を有するアルミ形材を備える横框の端部を当接させて框組してあり、縦框の端面は樹脂製の端部キャップにより覆われているとともに、横框のアルミ形材の端部の少なくとも一部は、縦框の端面を覆う樹脂製の端部キャップに対向しており、横框のアルミ形材の中空部内には、樹脂製の端部キャップに向けて発泡する加熱発泡材が配置されている。【選択図】図7
