FIREPROOF SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof sash that prevents a drum-type balancer of a double hung window from being exposed to a flame when a fire breaks out on an outdoor side, thus suppressing spreading of the fire to an indoor side.SOLUTION: A fireproof sash includes a frame body disposed at an opening of a building, a sash disposed inside the frame body, and a drum-type balancer that assists an upward movement of a sash that opens/closes in a vertical direction. The drum-type balancer is formed by having components that constitute the drum-type balancer fitted on a metallic plate member, and is fixed on a vertical frame material such that the metallic plate member is disposed on an inner peripheral side. A thermal expansion material that expands in an outer peripheral direction is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the vertical frame material of the sash that faces the drum-type balancer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】室外側からの火災に対して、上げ下げ窓のドラム式バランサーが火炎に晒されることを防止して、室内への延焼を抑制する。【解決手段】建物開口部に配置される枠体と、枠体内に配置される障子と、上下方向に開閉する障子の上方への移動を補助するドラム式バランサーとを備え、ドラム式バランサーは、ドラム式バランサーを構成する部品を金属製のプレート部材に取り付けて形成されているとともに、金属製のプレート部材が内周側に配置されるように縦枠に固定され、ドラム式バランサーに対向する障子の縦框の外周面には、外周方向に向かって膨張する加熱膨張材が配置されている。【選択図】図５
