PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation structure capable of preventing inundation into foundation inside between a precast concrete member and a jacket material disposed at the outer side thereof.SOLUTION: A foundation structure 10 of a building has a precast concrete member. The foundation structure includes: a foundation slab 1; a PC corner part 2A and a T-shaped PC part 2B which are disposed along the circumference of an upper plane 11 of the foundation slab 1 with a certain distance; and a corner jacket material 3A and a flat type jacket material 3B which are disposed at the side face 12 side of the foundation slab 1 and outer side face 21 of the precast concrete member. The jacket materials (3A, 3B) extend downward vertically covering the side face 12 of the foundation slab 1, and waterproof materials 4A and 4B are interposed between the foundation slab and the precast concrete member along the edge of the jacket material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャストコンクリート部材とその外面側に配置される外装材との間からの基礎内部への浸水を防ぐことが可能な建物の基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート部材を有する建物の基礎構造１０である。そして、基礎スラブ１と、基礎スラブ１の上面１１の周縁に沿って間隔を置いて配置されたＰＣコーナー部２Ａ及びＴ型ＰＣ部２Ｂと、基礎スラブ１の側面１２及びプレキャストコンクリート部材の外側面２１側に配置されるコーナー外装材３Ａ及び平型外装材３Ｂとを備えている。これらの外装材（３Ａ，３Ｂ）は、下端が基礎スラブ１の側面１２に被さるように垂下されているとともに、外装材の縁部に沿って基礎スラブ及びプレキャストコンクリート部材との間に防水材４Ａ，４Ｂを介在させる。【選択図】図１
