PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating floor capable of further reducing propagation of impact force downstairs.SOLUTION: A sound insulating floor 10 includes: steel beams 11A and 11B; a concrete floor slab 12 supported by the steel beams 11A and 11B; an elastically deformable cushioning material 14 arranged on the floor slab 12; a supporting material 15 supported by the cushioning material 14; a plurality of floor substrate materials 16 respectively fixed to the same supporting material 15; and a fixing pin 17 for connecting the floor slab 12, the cushioning material 14, and the supporting material 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
