PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent surface material excellent in drainage performance and an antifouling property.SOLUTION: A water-repellent surface material 1 comprises a drainage structure part 10 being 90 degrees or more in a water contat angle of a surface, and the drainage structure part 10 comprises a plurality of projection parts 11 and a plurality of recessed parts 12 juxtaposed alternately, and respective ones of the plurality of projection parts 11 and the plurality of recessed parts 12 extend in a line shape along the drainage direction, and are inclined along the drainage direction, and in a cross section orthogonal to the drainage direction, (a) an angle θ formed by two virtual straight lines L1 and L2 of connecting the apex P of the projection parts 11 and the respective lowest points Q1 and Q2 of the two recessed parts 12 adjacent to the projection parts 11 is 160 degrees or less, and (b) a height (h) from the lowest point Q of the apex P is 5 mm or less, and (c) a distance (d) between the adjacent apexes P is 8 mm-20 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
