PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard for a scaffold capable of easily executing an attitude change on a scaffold board while lengthening the length in the longitudinal direction of a baseboard.SOLUTION: In a baseboard for a scaffold used for a work scaffold having a column, a cloth material and a scaffold board installed between the cloth materials, the baseboard for the scaffold comprises a long size-shaped baseboard body installed between the column and the column and standing up along the outside edge side of the scaffold board and a shielding plate provided in a lower part of the baseboard body and projecting in the inverse direction of the column side, and satisfies the relationship of the following expression (1) in (a) a height of the baseboard body and (b) the projection length of the shielding plate. 0.9<1.1 ...
