METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING CAST CONCRETE AMOUNT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast concrete amount measurement method and a cast concrete amount measurement system suited for measuring a remaining cast concrete amount that is an amount of concrete to be cast in a not-yet-cast region, in a relatively short period of time and at a low cost.SOLUTION: At a final stage of concrete casting work in an area where reinforcing bars assembled in a grid form are arranged, a photograph of a not-yet-cast area is taken using a digital camera mounted on an information communication terminal 2, and the image data of the photographed not-yet-cast area and an instruction to calculate a remaining amount of concrete to be cast are transmitted to a concrete casting work support server 3. In response to the instruction on calculation, the concrete casting work support server 3 processes the image of not-yet-cast area that has been received, calculates a total number of squares of a reinforcing bar in the not-yet-cast area, and calculates the remaining amount of concrete to be cast by multiplying the calculated total number of squares by a surface area of the square and a depth of concrete to be cast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】未打設領域の打設に要するコンクリートの数量である残り打設数量を、比較的短時間かつ低コストで測定するのに好適なコンクリート打設数量測定方法及びコンクリート打設数量測定システムを提供する。【解決手段】格子状に組まれた鉄筋の配された領域のコンクリート工事の終盤において、未打設領域の写真を情報通信端末2に搭載されたデジタルカメラによって撮影し、撮影して得られた未打設領域画像データと残り打設数量の算出指示とをコンクリート工事支援用サーバ3に送信する。コンクリート工事支援用サーバ3は、算出指示に応じて、受信した未打設領域画像データを画像処理して、未打設領域の鉄筋のマス目の総数を計測し、計測したマス目の総数にマス目の面積及び打設深さを乗算して残り打設数量を算出する。【選択図】図3
