EARTH REMOVING PLATE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth removing plate of a construction machine to replace a conventional earth removing plate having a linear form when seen from directly above, the conventional earth removing plate being pushed forward and causing leakage of sediment from right and left edges of the earth removing plate, when the sediment piles up in front of the earth removing plate.SOLUTION: An earth removing plate has a circular arc form when seen from directly above. The earth removing plate causes sediment to pile up at a center when the sediment is pushed forward, reducing an amount of sediment leaking from right and left sides of the earth removal plate and eliminating a need to push out the sediment repeatedly. Thus, back-filling and ground leveling work may be performed efficiently in a short period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の建設機械に付いている排土板は押し出して行くと、排土板の前に土砂が多くなると排土板の左右の端から零れる問題点があった。これは排土板の形状が真上から見て直線状であるためである。【解決手段】排土板の形状を真上から見て円弧状にした。これにより土砂を押し出し行くと排土板の土砂が真ん中に溜まってくるため排土板の左右から零れが少なくなり零れた土砂を何度も押し出すことがないため短時間で効率よく埋め戻し整地作業をすることができる。【選択図】図２
