PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem found in the prior art header pipe fixture in which when an external force is applied to the header pipe fixture from a slant direction in respect to a vertical direction, for example, a hook is pulled out of an engaging hole and removed from a base plate because the hook of a hook-shaped engaging part is engaged with a rear surface side of the base plate through an engaging hole of the base plate and it is engaged by a compression repelling force of heat insulator applied to a band.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a header pipe fixture for fixing a header pipe H to a front surface side of a base plate P in which there are provided a band-like holding part 11 extending in a peripheral direction of the header pipe H and contacted with an outer peripheral surface; an engaging part 12 arranged at an extending direction at both ends of the holding part 11 and engaged with the base plate P; and a motion limiting part 13 arranged between the holding part 11 and the engaging part 12 to limit motion of the engaging part 12 engaged with the base plate P in its engagement releasing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のヘッダー管固定具は、フック状係止部のフックを、ベースプレートの係止孔を通してプレート裏面側に引っ掛け、バンドに加わる保温材の圧縮反発力により係止させていたので、例えば、ヘッダー管固定具に対し、鉛直方向に対して斜めの方向から外力が加わった場合、フックが係止孔から抜け出てベースプレートから外れてしまうことがあった。【解決手段】ヘッダー管ＨをベースプレートＰの表面側に固定するヘッダー管固定具であって、ヘッダー管Ｈの周方向に延在して外周面に接触する帯状の保持部１１と、保持部１１の両端延長方向に設けられ、ベースプレートＰに係止する係止部１２と、保持部１１と係止部１２の間に設けられ、ベースプレートＰに係止した係止部１２の係止解除方向の移動を制限する移動制限部１３とを備える。【選択図】図１
