SHEET FOR REINFORCEMENT AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING THE SHEET FOR REINFORCEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for reinforcement excellent in a reinforcement effect and usability, and to provide a reinforcement method using the sheet for reinforcement.SOLUTION: The sheet for reinforcement includes: a main part 1 having a plurality of first reinforcement fiber bundles 10 arranged aligned in a direction nearly orthogonal to the fiber direction and having rigidity, and an auxiliary part 2 bonded to the main part 1 and having flexibility, where the reinforcement fiber bundle contains first core materials 11, each of which is formed of a large number of first reinforcement fibers with a fiber direction of which being aligned in nearly one direction, and is impregnated with first matrix resin 12 and cured. A gap 13 is formed between each neighboring first reinforcement fiber bundles 10 in the main part 1 to allow bending of the main part 1. The auxiliary part 2 is formed of a second reinforcement bundles 20, each of which contains second core materials 21 formed of a large number of second reinforcement fibers with a fiber direction of which aligned in a direction crossing the fiber direction of the first reinforcement fibers and having flexibility and resin permeability, the core material being impregnated with a second matrix resin 22 and cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補強効果および使用性に優れた補強用シートおよびその補強用シートを用いた補強方法を提供することである。【解決手段】繊維方向が略一方向に揃えられた多数の第1強化繊維からなる第1芯材11に第1マトリックス樹脂12が含浸して硬化し、剛性を有する複数の第1強化繊維束10が当該繊維方向に略直交する方向に並んで配された主部1と、主部1に接着し、柔軟性を有する副部2と、を備える。主部1の各隣接する第1強化繊維束10と第1強化繊維束10の間に、主部1を折り曲げるための隙間13が形成されている。副部2は、繊維方向が第1強化繊維の繊維方向に交差する方向に揃えられ、可撓性および樹脂浸透性を有する多数の第2強化繊維からなる第2芯材21に第2マトリックス樹脂22が含浸して硬化した第2強化繊維束20で構成されている。【選択図】図1
